The Turkish Courses are determined according to the European Common Language Criteria.

Level

Targets

A1

Students can meet their basic needs in their daily lives by using very simple sentences known by everyone. They can introduce themselves or someone else. They can communicate if the person they are communicating with helps them and speaks clearly and slowly.

A2

Students can communicate by using simple sentences and terms related to their environment and subjects. They can exchange simple information about common situations.

B1

Students can understand the main idea of the texts in which language is clear. They can understand difficult texts about their area of interest. They can form simple but interconnected sentences. They can overcome the problems that may arise in travel. They can give information about things they have experienced.

B2

Students can understand the main idea of complex texts. They know the terms related to their field and can carry out interviews using these terms. They can express themselves fluently. They can give clear and detailed information about a subject. They can answer daily questions and give information about the positive and negative aspects of subjects.

C1

Students can understand long and complex texts and make detailed summaries. They can express themselves fluently and fast without thinking about words so much. They can use language effectively in their social and professional lives or in their education. They can express themselves in an open, planned and detailed way.
